Harvard Business Management Tip: 'Two Choices to Make in Strategy'

Roger Martin, Dean of the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management, is a leading expert on business strategy, and is in-demand at top companies. He famously worked with Proctor and Gamble CEO A.G. Lafley to rework P&G's strategy, and helped the company double sales over a decade.? Now Martin and Lafley have teamed up to write a book on strategic thinking: Playing to Win.

Martin wants to simplify the path to developing the right strategy.? In this video for Harvard Business, Martin says to look for the right strategy "at the intersection of where you will play and how you will win there."
